Merrill Lynch, a Bank of America Corporation, Donates $5,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Worcester County, Inc.
Berlin, MD – Habitat for Humanity of Worcester County was awarded a $5,000 grant from Merrill Lynch, a Bank of America Corporation. The funding from this grant will go towards Habitat’s upcoming home build in Bishopville, this fall.
Habitat’s mission is to help individuals and families of Worcester County, who are struggling due to a lack of affordable housing, and broader needs related to community revitalization. This grant makes available essential funding to be used towards a build for a local family in Worcester County in need of decent, affordable housing. Habitat families work in partnership with Habitat Worcester, volunteers, and the local community to build their homes.
